We have a 30 day return policy.

Return Conditions:
If we make a mistake, we will make it right. In this case, please use the Contact Us page for more freedom than the return form offers.

Otherwise, unused items may be returned within 30 days. (New items must be unopened and unaltered. Pre-owned collectibles must be in the same condition they were sold in.)

Items which don’t meet these conditions may be considered for a partial refund or store credit.

Return Process:
Begin by submitting the return request form found below. Approved returns can be mailed to the address listed in the footer of this page. In most cases, we cannot cover return shipping.

Refund Policy:
Once the return is received, your original payment method will be refunded. You will receive your refund in an average of 2-5 business days. (This part just depends on your bank’s processing time.) If approved for store credit instead, you will receive it in the form of a digital gift card within 24 hours.
